Field Collector - Cileungsi, Bogor (Direct Consumer Collections)

Aeon Credit Service is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Field Collector to join our team in Cileungsi, Bogor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our financial operations by conducting direct collections from consumers who have outstanding payments. Your primary responsibility will be visiting customers' homes or businesses to collect payments, negotiate payment plans, and ensure timely payments.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect outstanding payments from consumers through visits to their homes or businesses.
• Negotiate payment plans and schedules with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records using our in-house collection management system.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
• Follow up on non-payments and escalate cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding collections and customer interactions.
• Work collaboratively with the collections team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in consumer collections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ethical standards.
