📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the planning and execution of operations activities, including logistics, procurement, and supply chain management.
• Support the operations team in maintaining and improving operational processes.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Learn and utilize various software tools, including ERP systems and project management software.
• Assist in the organization of events and activities to promote a positive work environment.
• Provide administrative support to the operations department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and project management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
