📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist head chefs in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to recipes.
• Help maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including stocking ingredients and cleaning utensils.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting daily production targets.
• Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance culinary skills.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, supporting team morale and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisines, with a passion for food and cooking.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including stoves, ovens, and food processors.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including ingredients and equipment.
