As a Microbiology Laboratory Technical Associate, you'll be at the heart of our research and development processes. Your daily tasks will include conducting microbiological tests, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with international standards. You'll work with advanced laboratory equipment such as PCR machines, microbiological incubators, and automated analyzers. - Perform routine microbiological tests including bacterial culture, identification, and susceptibility testing.
- Analyze and interpret microbiological data using specialized software such as LabSoft and MicroLab.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and quality assurance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance laboratory processes and efficiency.
- Provide technical support to other team members and contribute to knowledge sharing sessions.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology company.
- Familiarity with microbiological techniques and instruments such as PCR, microbiological incubators, and automated analyzers.
- Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and compliance with GLP and GMP regulations.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, international setting.
