📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping
• Provide companionship and support to residents, fostering a sense of community and well-being
• Manage and maintain the property, ensuring it is clean, safe, and welcoming
• Coordinate with other service providers to ensure seamless operation of the community
• Handle resident inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of tasks completed and resident feedback
• Participate in community events and activities, contributing to the overall vibe of the property
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for all residents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Familiarity with basic cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
