📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on all hotel facilities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping.
• Perform repairs and troubleshooting on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Monitor and maintain the hotel's inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement and monitor maintenance schedules using SAP PM.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and staff, addressing any maintenance-related concerns promptly.
• Participate in training programs to stay updated with the latest industry standards and best practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of energy-saving initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with SAP PM and Microsoft Office.
