• Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring.
• Manage the recruitment pipeline using tools like Greenhouse and Workday.
• Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with department heads.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Forecast staffing requirements and identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven experience in managing the recruitment process, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, and hiring.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and software, such as Greenhouse and Workday.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
