📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks using high-quality beans and state-of-the-art equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and create a warm, inviting atmosphere for customers.
• Ensure the café is clean and well-maintained, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Assist in inventory management and ordering coffee beans and supplies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques, and continuously improve your skills.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your Barista skills.
• Promote Expat. Roasters Indonesia's brand and values to customers and the community.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and milk frothers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to quality and excellence.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.
