📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, implement, and maintain the Enterprise Command Center (ECC) to ensure real-time monitoring and control of operations.
• Develop and optimize dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and Tableau to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ECC with other systems and processes.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on the ECC platform.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies related to data security and operational excellence.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the ECC platform and operational processes.
• Support strategic decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations and insights.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the heavy machinery or engineering industry.
• Proficiency in ECC tools and software, including but not limited to Power BI, Tableau, and SAP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in operational excellence and data security.
• Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
