📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions,Manage the accounting team and delegate tasks effectively,Conduct audits and ensure internal controls are in place,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and accountants

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus
