Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, email marketing, and social media.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to foster long-term business opportunities.,Present property listings and features to potential buyers to generate interest and drive sales.,Negotiate and close sales deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets.,Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.,Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.,Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to expand professional network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Knowledge of local market trends, pricing, and property values in Pekalongan, Jawa Tengah.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field work.
