Bay Base Dinamis is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Officer to join our team. We are a dynamic and growing company, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about human resources and committed to supporting our employees. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Administer and manage employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Handle employee relations issues, such as grievances and disciplinary actions, in a fair and impartial manner.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, such as document management and data entry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and regulations is a plus.
