📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.,Perform technical tasks and inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of our facilities.,Maintain and repair equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.,Develop and implement technical solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.,Monitor and analyze technical data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Provide technical training and development opportunities for the team.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the integration of technical solutions into overall business strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Field, or related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical or leadership role within the facilities management industry.,Strong knowledge of technical systems, equipment, and procedures.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Ability to travel and work in various locations as required.
