📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding and integration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR professionals, and external recruiters.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and best practices.
  • Design and implement innovative recruitment solutions, such as social media recruitment, employer branding, and digital recruitment platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in talent acquisition.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the talent acquisition team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
