📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the F&B service, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Manage and train a team of F&B staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all food and beverage items are stocked according to schedule.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food preparation is efficient and meets customer expectations.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe and pleasant environment for all staff and customers.,Handle customer complaints and feedback, taking appropriate action to resolve any issues and prevent recurrence.,Ensure that all financial transactions related to the F&B service are accurate and compliant with company policies and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the F&B service industry.,Proven track record of managing and training a team of F&B staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using basic computer software and tools.,Familiarity with inventory management and financial transactions.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.
