📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the medical center, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and healthcare outcomes.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, and conduct regular audits.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in continuous professional development and training programs for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Nursing, or a related healthcare field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, and a commitment to continuous professional development.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Valid certification or license as a healthcare professional in Indonesia.
