In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers,Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports,Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries,Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial disclosures,Provide accounting support to other departments as needed,Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian accounting standards,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages
