📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth of the Global Markets division, focusing on Islamic finance products and services.
• Lead a team of 20+ professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Monitor global financial markets using Bloomberg Terminal, FactSet, and Refinitiv to identify opportunities and risks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Islamic finance sector.
• Oversee the development and implementation of risk management strategies to ensure compliance with Islamic financial principles and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the bank's leadership team to align global markets strategies with the overall business objectives of Hong Leong Islamic Bank (HLISB).
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
• Represent Hong Leong Bank at industry events and conferences, both locally and internationally, to enhance the bank's visibility and reputation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in global markets, with a strong background in Islamic banking preferred.
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles, products, and regulations.
• Certifications in financial analysis, risk management, or a related field are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of Southeast Asian markets and a strong network of contacts in the region.
