Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow,Monitoring team performance and providing feedback,Assisting in the development and implementation of operational strategies,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures,Managing and resolving employee issues and conflicts,Conducting regular performance reviews and appraisals,Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Fluency in Indonesian and English
