Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively.Manage and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and managed.Conduct regular sales and customer satisfaction audits to identify areas for improvement.Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events.Ensure that the store is clean, well-organized, and presents a professional image to customers.Handle customer complaints and complaints, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
