📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.,Maintain and update office records, including employee files, client records, and financial documents.,Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and send out invitations and reminders.,Prepare and maintain office supplies inventory, and order new supplies as needed.,Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.,Provide administrative support to the management team, including travel arrangements and event planning.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices is a plus.
