📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's objectives.,Manage the entire procurement process, from identifying supplier needs to contract finalization.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Conduct supplier evaluations and manage supplier relationships.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with the last 3 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
