Cadmus Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior / Executive, Medical Affairs (Team Administrator) to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial for managing and coordinating our medical affairs activities, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving strategic initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate medical affairs activities, including regulatory affairs, medical communications, and medical education.,Develop and implement strategic plans for medical affairs, aligning with company goals and objectives.,Lead and mentor a team of medical affairs professionals, providing guidance and support for career development.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those from health authorities and regulatory bodies.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and commercialization strategies.,Monitor and analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.,Represent the company at industry conferences, meetings, and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Medicine, Pharmacy, Public Health, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in medical affairs, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.,Strong understanding of regulatory affairs, medical communications, and medical education.,Proven track record of managing teams and projects, with excellent leadership and communication skills.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on innovation and continuous improvement.,Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and healthcare landscape is a plus.
