📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the needs of our clients in the semiconductor and manufacturing industry.,Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.,Source and evaluate potential suppliers, conduct market research, and identify cost-saving opportunities.,Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in procurement processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies to inform procurement decisions.,Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on procurement activities, performance, and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field, with a focus on the semiconductor and manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of successful procurement and supplier management.,Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirements is a plus.
