📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and attracting potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and best practices.
  • Analyzing recruitment metrics and providing insights to improve recruitment processes.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
