The Ranch International Pecatu is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during their stay. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Answer and direct inquiries from guests and staff.,Check guests in and out, process payments, and issue receipts.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations.,Handle front desk operations, including key card access and room assignments.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed.,Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Professional and friendly demeanor.
