📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.,Identify training and development needs through data analysis and employee feedback.,Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training.,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of learning and development initiatives.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on employee engagement and development.,Strong understanding of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs, including e-learning and blended learning.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.,Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant learning and development tools.,Ability to work collaboratively with managers, employees, and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
