Data Star Corporindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for financial excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven experience in managing accounting teams and processes.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is required.
