📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook meals according to company standards and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Prepare cost-effective menus that meet customer preferences and company goals.,Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding food quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a kitchen environment.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international food standards and regulations.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
