LUMEN Mandiri is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cashier & Bank to join our team in Cilacap. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cash operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking and cash handling, along with excellent leadership skills to guide and mentor junior staff.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cash operations including deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any banking issues promptly.,Supervise and train junior cashiers and bank staff.,Maintain compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to management.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of monthly financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or banking role.,Strong knowledge of banking operations and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using banking software and cash handling equipment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with Indonesian banking regulations and practices.
