📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Maintain and update IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Install, configure, and maintain software applications and systems.,Monitor and manage network performance and security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT technologies and systems.,Provide training and documentation to end-users.,Ensure the availability and reliability of IT services.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Experience with cloud computing and virtualization technologies is a plus.
