📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.,Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to improve service quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in budgeting and financial management is a plus.,Certification in food safety and hygiene is a plus.
