📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to meet sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to boost sales.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes.,Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve overall store performance goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven experience in leading and training retail teams.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
