Klinik Tono Bakery is seeking a dedicated Deputy HR Staff to join our team in Ubud, Bali. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team in managing employee relations, recruitment, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing employee records and maintaining HR documentation.,Support the HR team in conducting recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Coordinate employee relations activities, such as resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and reports.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall HR strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a bakery or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of HR practices and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is a plus.,Fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
