Our Banjarmasin hospital, spanning four floors, is equipped with comprehensive facilities such as an Emergency Room (IGD) and various specialized departments, ensuring we can handle a wide range of medical needs.

In this role, you'll perform essential laboratory tests and procedures daily, including blood tests, urine analysis, and other diagnostic procedures. You'll work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely results, contributing directly to the well-being of our patients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine laboratory tests including blood tests, urine analysis, and other diagnostic procedures using modern equipment like the Sysmex XN-1000i and Beckman Coulter AU5800.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of laboratory samples and results.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control measures.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and well-being.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the laboratory supervisor.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a laboratory setting or related field.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is a plus.
